The employment of Iraqi labor has always been an integral part of all the realized programs and one of the core reasons behind the foundation of RIRP.
Since RRI is committed to encourage and support local people in finding employment, in early 2004 the organization has established a database containing information on Iraqi candidates; this database contains their CV’s, information about their vocational training, work experience and additional skills and abilities. The RIRP candidate pool incorporates technicians, engineers, sales people, specialists and executives from nearly every branch.

Companies and organizations in search of qualified local staff can gain access to the RRI database.
In order to select and recommend the appropriate employee with the most suitable requested skills, RRI matches the qualifications of the candidates with the company’s personnel requirements, reviews resumes, conducts interviews and offers trainings to increase potentials.

All of the mentioned measures strengthen the civil society and help forming local structures and frameworks.
